Stacey Baker
Director
Stacey brings to Zinnia more than 20 years of professional experience in successful business management in NSW and Victoria, including establishing and growing a number of successful customer centric businesses.
Her experience in hospitality and retail sectors, coupled with business experience in aged and disability care, has formed the foundation of her strengths in team management, multi-project implementation and financial management.
Having worked in service industries throughout her career she appreciates the importance of understanding, listening and responding to what customers want and value.
Stacey is committed to creating more choices in the housing sector in Australia and is particularly driven to create options that are service driven and respond to the lifestyle needs of residents in apartment developments and retirement villages.
Jen Berryman
Director
Jen is a service-driven professional with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare, aged and disability sectors. Together with Stacey, Jen founded a homecare business that became known for its focus on flexible, responsive service delivery to both corporate clients and homecare service recipients.
She has a diverse background, having worked across multiple sectors including marketing, public relations and corporate partnership building – all focused on enhancing the lifestyle and overall health and wellbeing outcomes of Australians.
Jen brings expertise in corporate and consumer communications, stakeholder collaboration, business development and community engagement, harnessing Zinnia’s unique promise and delivering on its strategic outcomes.
Her experience delivering quality services to thousands of Australians and their families gives her valuable and powerful insights into what’s important to residents and how to deliver it.
